Each pod contains a proprietary blend of salt-based nicotine e-liquid formula mixed from a blended mixture of vegetable glycerin and propylene glycol (PG). 2. How much vape juice do the lava vape pods hold? Unlike our competitors, whose refill pods hold around 0.7ml of vape juice, each LAVA2 pod holds a full 1.0 ml of salt nicotine e-liquid.
3. How long do Lava2 cartridges last? It all depends on how often you draw on your atomizer. 1ml of e-juice should last you around half a day or longer if used consistently. 3 ml to 5 ml vape pods last anywhere from two to three days. Strawberry is my favorite flavor! I also really like the Blueberry. I had a Juul before but at the Champs show in las vegas where Lava2 had a booth, they gave me a free device and pod. I was immediately converted. WAY WAY smoother hits and less issues with the pods. ONLY thing I like about the Juul better is the mint flavor they use. I am not a big fan of Lava2 mint flavor. Strawberry is my second one. This one was interesting; It did taste like strawberry, but not a sweet artificial strawberry. It was more of an actual dark red strawberry flavor. However, it was a bit off sometimes. On the draw into the mouth, you don't really feel anything. Once you inhale, It's a decently strong hit, on the lungs mainly. Its' definitely a heavier flavor. I did get more spitting from the pods than I did with the pink lemonade ones. It did have an off taste that was harsh sometimes, and hit my throat wrong and almost made me cough. This isn't one of my personal favorites, or any of my friends'. Tomorrow I'm getting a different flavor. I'm not sure which yet, but I'm sure it'll be better than strawberry. (I've tried other flavors from Lava that were good, I just don't like to review until I finish a whole pod by myself and currently hit it as I type.) Compared to Juul, (just switched from it because the pods taste gross and the device doesn't work sometimes,) my Lava 2 is so much better. [Needless to say, the pods do leak sometimes (rare) and turn brownish towards the very end but don't really taste burnt.]
Flavor - 5/10 - Unsweetened strawberry but has a dull flavor.
Throat hit - 8/10 - Really strong but sometimes hits you wrong and can almost make you cough.
Lung hit - 6/10 - Sort of odd since the throat hit is good. It sort of dies a little after the throat.
Buzz - 5/10 - Tried multiple times after waiting for 12 hours (after sleeping) and it wasn't too strong of a feeling. I know all of the pods are 5% but it really is sort of different by flavor.
Overall - 8/10 - Not the best Lava has to offer. Then again strawberry flavors are a little hard to nail.
Not my preferred flavor unless you want to try something different.
My reviews are done without any connection to Lava. I just want the word to get out about this product because after dealing with gross burnt and non functioning Juul pods and devices, I'm so happy to have found Lava 2. (Posted on 3/28/2019)
